Eagle Scout Project 2018-08-09

On August 8, 2018, 20 Boy Scouts and adults from Troop 449 of Renton, WA, descended on the Artillery Triangle for an area beautification project. The project was organized and coordinated by Eagle Scout candidate Evan Grilley.

The crew worked diligently and with a focus to complete the tasks at hand. At the end of a full day and a pizza break, the group was able to assemble and install two benches and three signs all set in concrete.

Signs were added describing the Nike Missiles, 90mm AA gun and 120mm AA gun in the Artillery Triangle.

The Museum was honored to be selected by Evan Grilley for his Eagle Scout Project and extremely grateful for the efforts of Evan and his team of Scouts and adults.
